A Comfortable Family Stopover
We had a pleasant stay for one night. The staff was extremely helpful, providing tips on nearby attractions like Davy Crockett State Park. Breakfast offerings were varied, keeping the kids happy. Just a note, the parking could be tricky during busy hours. Overall, a solid choice for families!

The Richland Inn had very clean rooms and friendly staff, which I really appreciated. However, the carpet showed significant wear and the bathroom was quite small. Breakfast was decent, but the check-in experience could use improvement due to some rude staff. Overall, it’s a mixed bag!

great accessibility to parks and attractions for city explorers
I loved how easy it was to stroll to nearby dining spots like Strikers Steakhouse about a half kilometer away, and I took a wonderful hike at David Crockett State Park just a short drive of around 4 km, making my weekend filled with great outdoor views and local flavors.

The rooms were clean and comfortable and it really felt cozy. Breakfast was decent with waffles and yogurt, and the staff was super friendly. The vibe was chill, and the parking lot felt safe. Definitely a spot I’d recommend for a group getaway!
One thing to note, though, the bathroom door in our room was a bit quirky. it had a hard time latching properly which was a bit annoying.

The recently remodeled rooms were charming and cozy, making me feel right at home. The accessibility features made getting around easy, and I truly appreciated the thoughtful design that catered to every guest's comfort.
Better soundproofing between rooms would be ideal.

The jetted tub in the King Suite was a highlight, providing a luxurious way to unwind after a long day. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout the stay. However, the rooms showed signs of age with some wear and tear, and better soundproofing would improve comfort. The breakfast options left something to be desired, lacking variety and freshness at times.

Friendly and accommodating staff.
The room was unclean with stains on the carpet. The bathroom had lingering odors and the towels felt damp. It was disappointing considering the price we paid for our stay.

Couple's affordable getaway
The breakfast bar had everything you could want really good stuff and the staff were down to earth and super helpful when I had questions. The room was clean and the mattress was so comfortable it felt like laying on a cloud wouldn't want to leave it, believe me.
It wasn't exactly cheap but honestly for what you get it's acceptable.
